Employee benefits overview

Support should be clear, accessible, and connected to eligibility.

ASQS’s employee-support framework recognizes that compensation, scheduling, payroll information, required protections, development, accommodations, and benefit eligibility shape the employment experience.

ASQS enterprise perspective

Benefits depend on the employment arrangement and governing documents.

ASQS employs people across different roles, schedules, service divisions, assignments, work locations, and employment classifications. Eligibility for any particular plan or program may depend on hours, length of service, employment classification, location, assignment, client arrangement, enrollment, and the official plan terms.

Only an applicable offer letter, policy, summary plan description, benefit notice, collective bargaining agreement where relevant, or other official document can establish an employee’s actual eligibility.

Framework
