Website use
Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026. These terms govern use of the ASQS website and do not replace an employment, client, vendor, PEO, confidentiality, or other written agreement.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about ASQS, its service capabilities, operating locations, employment-interest areas, and ways to contact the company. Content may be changed, corrected, expanded, or removed without notice.
No automatic service or employment relationship
A website submission, résumé, inquiry, discussion, estimate, or description does not create employment, assignment, co-employment, client, vendor, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or contractual rights. Binding responsibilities must be stated in an authorized written agreement.
Accuracy and availability
ASQS seeks to provide useful and current information but does not guarantee that every page is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Service availability depends on scope, timing, location, workforce, approvals, contract terms, and applicable requirements.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not interfere with website security or operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal information, introduce malicious code, or use automated means in a manner that burdens the service.
Intellectual property
ASQS names, marks, website design, original text, media, and other materials are protected as applicable. No right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use them commercially is granted except with written authorization or as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
Links or integrations may lead to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, ownership, or control by ASQS.
Limitation and governing responsibilities
To the extent permitted by law, website use is at the visitor’s risk. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions about an actual ASQS engagement should be resolved under the applicable written agreement.
Contact and updates
Questions may be directed to therealasqs@gmail.com or +1 (612) 493-1100. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms to the extent permitted by law.
